Founded in 2012, Maanasa Constructions is owned and operated by Kalavakuri Nagendra Rao, who believes great construction starts with treating every project like it's personal. Over more than a decade, that hands-on approach has built a reputation across custom builds, residential, and commercial projects throughout Malkajgiri and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Dhana Lakshmi Kalavakuri serves alongside him as Managing Partner, helping guide the business day to day.
That same hands-on approach has carried us through more than fifty projects since we laid our first foundation in 2012 — and counting.
